Fleet management essentials training
The whole area of fleet management can be daunting, especially if you are new to the role or have ‘acquired’ the day to day running of the fleet as part of your responsibilities. In addition, we recognise and appreciate that operators of smaller or employee owned fleets do not always have the luxury of a full time dedicated fleet manager and often new legislation and best practices can be missed.
With this in mind, our one day workshop is aimed at administrators and managers who have the responsibility but not necessarily the experience or specialist knowledge of running a fleet of vehicles.

- Understand the environmental impact of your fleet and how to reduce your carbon footprint
- Learn how to carry out comprehensive risk assessments
- Learn how to implement robust risk management policies
- Recognise how to reduce the administrative burden of your fleet through technology
- Identify future legal requirements
- Reduce accident costs
- Recognise what you need to do to run a safer and greener fleet
Who should attend?
This training is aimed at everyone who has any fleet responsibility - from administrators to directors. This legislation applies to all fleets whether small, employee owned or company sourced so it is a must for all businesses.
How you will benefit?
After the training you will be able to put the correct policies, procedures and audit trails in place to satisfy your duty of care requirements and green fleet initiatives. Theses implementations in turn will:

The training will begin with registration at 9.30am and conclude with an open question and answer session from 4pm. Lunch is included and refreshments are served throughout the day.
