20mph speed limit in built up areas recommended

Pedestrian charity Living Streets has today welcomed a call for a 20mph speed limit in built up areas from a public health experts.
The UK Faculty of Public Health made the recommendation as part of its 12 point public health manifesto, published today, which aims to improve the UK's health and wellbeing.
