JAAMA CONTINUES TO EXPAND WITH PROJECT CONSULTANT APPOINTMENT
Fast-growing fleet software and risk management expert Jaama has continued its expansion with the appointment of Doug Jackson as a project consultant.
The company has made a string of new appointments in 2007 as it keeps pace with car and commercial fleet management market demand for its sophisticated web-based vehicle management software and risk management services.
Joining the company’s team of project consultants, Doug’s role is to manage the implementation of Jaama’s software into major account customers.
Doug has spent much of his career involved in the implementation of business software systems and business process analysis. Most recently he has been employed by newspaper and magazine wholesaler Dawson News during which time he worked on a variety of technology-related operational projects. He is a member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Jaama will be celebrating its third anniversary in July and managing director Jason Francis said: “We have recruited a number of new staff across the whole business this year as we continue to invest in the business to ensure we deliver the industry’s most advanced fleet software.
“This investment has resulted in the rapid growth of our customer base and in anticipation of this continuing, it is important that we recruit highly skilled IT professionals to ensure we continue to deliver a first class service.
Major customers include mobile phone group Phones4U, Newtown Vehicle Rentals, SIG Trading Limited, Smeg and the British Transport Police.
