Jaama wins Institute of Transport Management 'One to Watch Award 2005'

Birmingham April 8th 2005....The awards committee of the Institute sat this week, to finalise their list of recipients of the 'One to Watch' awards for 2005. These accolades are presented in all sectors of the industry, land, sea and air, to organisations or products that the Institute believes are going to have a serious impact upon the industry within the next 5 years. I am pleased to be able to confirm to you today that Jaama, the newly launched software and safety firm, is the winner in the Fleet Category.
In its deliberations to select the company, which would be the recipient of this accreditation, the ITM Awards Committee reviewed the entire culture of the nominees, with the objective of finding the company that offered unequivocal standards of customer service, product range, product value and overall professionalism and reliability. It was found that Jaama distinguished itself in all these areas.
Jaaama is able to draw upon the experience of Jason Francis, former manager of CFC Solutions, and has launched a most impressive product on the marketplace in 'FleetAssistant'. The Institute believes that Jaama will fill the void that currently exists in regards technological investment that would greatly benefit the fleet sector, and that by using Jaama, fleet operators can and will maximise their fleets true potential.
Announcing the award, Patrick Sheedy, Media & PR Director of the Institute said: "Through tremendous growth, innovation, and investment, Jaama has proven to us that they have initiated a service that is truly beneficial to the industry, and very innovative indeed. An official presentation of this award will take place in the Park Lane Hilton in London on April 18th.
