JAAMA PUTS FOCUS ON RENTAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE WITH NEW APPOINTMENT
Leading fleet management software supplier Jaama has made a new appointment to help further increase sales of its recently updated Key2 Rental Management - Plant & Equipment system.
Andrew Inns has been appointed to fill the newly created position of rental sales manager with the brief to establish Key2 Rental Management system - Plant & Equipment in the market place.
Andrew has worked in the IT industry for the past 20 years in a variety of roles including sales, sales management and marketing.
Immediately before joining Jaama he worked for rental software provider MCS Global where he had responsibility for establishing its new windows-based plant hire product. Prior to that he worked for rival software specialist InspHire in a similar role with responsibility for launching its new windows plant hire product and building its sales team.
Jaama launched an updated version of Key2 Rental Management last year. It is already being used by one of the UK’s largest public service and infrastructure management companies, to manage its 30,000 items of plant equipment as well as its entire fleet of 4,500 vehicles and workshops.
Key2 Rental Management is a comprehensive, complete business system covering all aspects of plant, asset, stores management, the hire of both single items and plant packs, rehire, operator hire and management, sale items, ordering, quotations, contracts, equipment maintenance and invoicing and is available with an optional accounts module.
Built on a Microsoft .NET technology platform, Key2 Rental Management is an intuitive, easy to navigate, simple to use yet functionally-packed web-based business tool, giving organisations that have plant equipment the ability to effectively manage and monitor their whole operation.
Andrew said: “I’ve specialised in the IT plant equipment management sector in recent years so I’m looking forward to establishing Jaama in the sector and helping the company to further expand from its roots in the fleet and leasing marketplace.”
