JAAMA CONTINUES TO EXPAND WITH NEW ANALYST APPOINTMENT
Jaama, the leading fleet management software company, has continued its expansion with the appointment of Nicky Minnock to the company’s team of customer services support analysts.
With an ever-increasing number of organisations turning to Jaama’s web-based Key2 Vehicle Management software to effectively and efficiently manage their fleet vehicles - cars, light commercial vehicles and HGVs - and drivers, there is an ever increasing need for support analysts.
They take care of incoming calls for assistance and identify the appropriate priority and the action to be undertaken. The workload can involve handling service requests, resolving incidents, providing customers with software usage advice, providing updates and detailed product release information, collating product enhancement suggestions and testing product service pack releases. All customer requests are logged, controlled and monitored to meet Jaama’s strict service standards.
A graduate of Birmingham City University with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in business information technology, Jaama is Nicky’s first experience working within the IT industry.
Jaama was launched almost five years ago and last year moved into new premises in Tamworth on the strength of its rapid expansion and now employs around 40 people.
Managing director Jason Francis said: “Growth has been fuelled by a combination of the capability of our software system and the service and support we provide to customers. We continue to win a significant amount of business as a result of referrals from existing clients and that means we continually need to recruit more staff.”
Major fleet customers include: British Transport Police, BCA, Luton Borough Council, Hertfordshire County Council, DHL, Sheffield Insulation Group, Steria, Fleet Hire, iFleet, Newtown Vehicle Rentals and Advantage Incident Management.
