Implementation Project Management
This is a senior role which primarily involves project management, systems/business consultancy, system implementation and training. This is a varied job which almost exclusively involves working on site with clients.
When Jaama has received a signed contract from the customer the project is allocated to a Project Consultant. Project Consultants are responsible for implementing our software systems into our customers’ organisations. Projects vary in size and complexity.
The successful candidate will be someone who has software project management experience and ideally holds a similar position which involves systems consultancy/project management. Formally trained on a relevant methodology would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- project planning & agree an implementation project plan
- managing deliverables
- change management
- managing processes, key milestones and the customer
- carryout system configuration
- systems analysis
- setting customer expectations
- resource allocation
- systems consultancy and configuration management
- systems setup and training
Projects will be managed according to Jaama’s business processes, procedures and standard methodology. The project consultant position is a demanding role requiring a ‘hands on’ approach.
This is an important and diverse role which will require following characteristics:

The successful candidate will have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and will be capable of building relationships/working as apart of a team. The position will involve a high degree of travel. He/she will preferably be educated to degree level.
Salary: £Excellent.
Salary will depend upon skills and experience. The package will include a company car.
