Significant administrative savings and improved management information, alongside driver and fleet decision maker value added benefits, are being delivered by Ogilvie Fleet following their adoption of Jaama's sophisticated Key2 internet based software.
Leasing and Fleet management specialist Ogilvie Fleet, which has its headquarters in Stirling and offices in Sheffield and Birmingham, manages a UK wide fleet in excess of 9000 cars and light commercial vehicles.
Following the 'live' launch of the multi award winning Key2 leasing and vehicle management system which Ogilvie Fleet use to manage all aspects of their fleet and leasing operation, Jaama has phased in a range of additional integrated services to further improve efficiencies for Ogilvie Fleet and its customers.
These have included:
-an internet based Broker Quotation module which enables Ogilvie Fleet to provide its broker partners with contract hire rental quotations online
- a 'Data Staging' module which takes external vehicle data into a preview area and allows data manipulation and 'what if' scenarios to be explored prior to publishing the data to the live environment
- a supplier portal facility which enables Ogilvie Fleet suppliers to manage vehicle orders and rapidly exchange information with the Ogilvie customer services team thus ensuring that the vehicle deliveries are managed efficiently and that clients are constantly kept informed of the progress of their order.
